    Version: 4.0.223.16 (Windows Only)

The Beta Channel is being updated to 4.0.223.16 which is our first Beta release for 4.0.  This release includes many bug fixes and for the first time Bookmark Sync is enabled.  Extensions are disabled until the final API changes arrive.  Please use the dev channel for the latest extension API.

More details about the changes since 4.0.223.11 are available in the svn log of all revisions.

You can join the Beta channel here: http://www.google.com/chrome/eula.html?extra=betachannel.

If you find new issues, please let us know by filing a bug at http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/entry.

    Why not Google Bookmarks?

Submitted by Anonymous on Tue, 11/03/2009 - 09:48.

It looks weired, when Google has own Bookmarks service, where are plugins for other browsers and it is already popular, but Google's own browser uses some kind of weired bookmark sync with Documents. It can be, of course, beginning of joining Google's services in one with Documents as main concept, but whet with syncing before it all happens?

I'd like to use Chrome because of it's speed, but there are some other functions I use with other browsers and using other (Google!) Bookmarks and other for Chrome isn't best choice.
